Shipping Options

Fairway Exchange offers two shipping options:

  • Platform Shipping: We provide pre-paid, insured shipping labels. The seller simply prints the label and drops off the package.
  • Seller Shipping: Some sellers may arrange their own shipping. Tracking information must be provided within 3 business days.

Shipping Timeline

  • Sellers must ship within 3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Transit time: 3-5 business days (USPS Priority / UPS Ground)
  • Expedited options available at checkout

Packaging Guidelines

Golf clubs should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit:

  • Wrap clubheads with bubble wrap or foam
  • Use a golf-specific shipping box or sturdy cardboard tube
  • Fill empty spaces with packing material
  • Secure the box with strong tape

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Our escrow protection ensures you're covered:

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of any damage
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve the claim
